What does the "Approved" status mean on my Scratch Plan dashboard?

A payment plan for your patient or client will show up on your Scratch Plan dashboard (my.scratchpay.com) with the "Approved" status when they have applied and been approved for a Scratch Plan, but have not yet accepted and e-signed for the plan. The patient or client must still accept the plan before you may utilize the funds at your practice. They may accept and e-sign for the plan via the email they received from Scratchpay saying that they were approved for the plan. 

Clicking the Contact button will open our patient contact window where you can email clients with a prefilled message or call them directly to encourage them to accept the Scratch Plan for which they applied to be able to use the funds at your clinic.
