How can I change my primary account holder for Scratch Pay payment processing?

To update the primary account holder for your practice's Scratch Pay account, log into your dashboard and click Account. Then, tap the Update/Make Changes button underneath Account Set-up, as shown in the GIF below. This will take you to your Verification Summary page, where you can update account holders by tapping the Edit button on the Management and Ownership card. Click Submit, and you're all set!
