How can I change my primary account holder for Scratchpay Checkout?

To update the primary account holder for your practice's Scratchpay Checkout account, log into your dashboard and click "Account". Then, tap the "Update/Make Changes" button underneath "Account Set-up", as shown in the GIF below.


This will take you to your Verification Summary page, where you can update account holders by tapping the Edit button on the "Management and Ownership" card. Click "Submit", and you're all set!
