For Scratch Plan patient financing (my.scratchpay.com):
Scratch pays your practice through Direct Deposit. Each payment Scratch makes for patients at your practice will be its own line item in your bank statement from Scratch with an addendum detailing the patient's name and the fee associated with that transaction.
For Scratch Pay payment processing (dashboard.getscratch.com):
Scratch pays your practice in daily lump sum net deposits (less fees). The direct deposit will appear in your bank account in 2-4 business days. Visit the Payment History tab of the Scratch Pay dashboard to see the itemized list of transactions.
If you're using the AVImark writeback feature, each invoice will appear in AVImark as normal, with the amount being written back as the paid invoice total.
Scratch Plans originated in the United States are issued by WebBank. Scratch Plans originated in Canada are issued by ©Scratch Financial, Inc. ©Scratchpay (NMLS ID#: 1582666). Scratch Plans are loan products subject to eligibility.
