How will I know when a patient or client has applied for Scratch Plan financing?
After a patient or client is approved for and accepts a Scratch Plan, you will receive a notification email instantly. These emails let you know who the patient is, how much they’re approved for, and function as a guarantee for the full amount listed in the email, so you can see the patient immediately!
You can also view this information anytime in the Payment Plans section of your practice dashboard.
If a patient applies for and is denied funds, we cannot proactively release their information to you in order to protect their privacy.
