How do I send a digital payment request to my patient?

Sending payment requests to your patients and clients is simple with Scratchpay Checkout! 

  1. Navigate to the "Requests" tab in your Checkout dashboard.
  2. Enter your patient's information.
  3. If you'd like to save the draft for later, click the, "Save for Later" button. 
  4. If you'd like to send the payment request right away, click the "Send" button. By doing so, Checkout will send that patient an SMS message with a link to complete their payment.
