I signed up our practice, but didn't receive any log-in or welcome emails. What now?
Oh no! Please take a couple of steps here:
- Whitelist support@scratchpay.com and scratchpay.com domains. The majority of our emails come from these domains. You can do this by adding support@scratchpay.com as a safe & known contact in your email list
- Check your spam folder - in 80% of cases where Welcome emails don't arrive, they're hiding in there
- If your spam folder doesn't have the email, please email us at support@scratchpay.com noting the issue, and we will look into it!
