Is there any paperwork or ID collection required from my staff when a patient or client uses Scratch Plan financing?
No! You don’t have to check IDs, photocopy credentials, or gather any sensitive information. We take care of that on our end during the patient application and approval process. You are also not required to maintain any records for any specific time period for your patients or clients who have used Scratch Plan financing.
