How do I send a receipt for a payment made through Scratch Pay?
From the Payment History tab on your dashboard, find the payment for which you'd like to send a receipt and click on the envelope icon in the column labeled Send Receipt.
This will open a popup where you will either the email address to which you would like to send the receipt, or click Print Receipt to print out a physical copy.
