What if my patient or client doesn’t have a phone that can receive text messages?

For Scratch Pay financing (my.scratchpay.com):

As a part of identity verification in our application, we text a one-time code to your patient's cellphone. They don’t need a smartphone, the phone just needs to be able to receive a text. If there’s ever a case where a patient doesn’t have a text-friendly phone, they can click the Call me instead button on the verification screen of the application to receive a verification call.

For Scratch Pay Checkout (scratchpay-live.vercel.app):

To use the Text-to-Pay feature in Scratch Pay Checkout, your patients or clients need to have a smartphone. If they do not, use one of the other payment methods under the Collect Payment tab of your dashboard instead.
