What if a patient doesn’t have a phone that can receive text messages?

As a part of identity verification in our application, we text a one-time code to your patient's cellphone. They don’t need a smartphone, the phone just needs to be able to receive a text. If there’s ever a case where a patient doesn’t have a text-friendly phone, you can try having the code texted to someone else’s phone, or reach out to our Support Team.
