What if a patient needs more funds?

We let each patient know exactly how much Scratchpay can lend to them. If a patient needs more funds, ask them to check their email to see any additional amounts still available to them through scratchpay.com. All a patient needs to do to activate these funds is go through the application again. If it’s been more than 30 days since the patient last used Scratchpay (13 days for Take 5 payment plans), simply have the patient apply again at scratchpay.com.
