Below are the different user types Scratch offers, permissions for each, and how to add each:

Access to the portal for all day-to-day actions: taking payments, requesting payments, reporting, and issuing refunds Note: Staff level users cannot add users of any type |

| Hospital Manager | All permissions of Staff, but ability to add Staff and other Hospital Manager users | Hospital Manager and above levels can add by visiting here |
| Regional Manager | Access to multiple practices with Hospital Manager permissions | Administrators at your group can add, OR you can contact your specific Scratch Account Manager. If you don't know who that is, please email partners@scratchpay.com |
