Where can I see my payment plans?

Try out the beta:

We’re excited to let you know we’ve launched Scratchpay user accounts–an easy place to update, manage, and monitor your payment plan(s).

--> To access your account, simply visit beta.scratchpay.com and securely log in with the phone number used during your Scratchpay application.

In addition to viewing your payment plans, you’ll be able to:

  • Track your balance and scheduled payments status
  • Add or delete payment method
  • Make manual payments
  • Re-apply for new payment plan
  • Gain quick access to our 24/7 help center

What does “beta” mean?

We’ve been working hard to bring you a fully functional and enjoyable way to manage your payment plan(s). We’re still adding improvements, new features and fixes weekly, so if you'd like to give us any feedback and help us drive the app experience, we'd love to hear from you.

2. Link your payment plan

3. See your plan details in the "Home" tab
