My patient was denied for a Scratch Plan and wants to know why. What do I tell them?

To protect your client or patient's privacy, we cannot tell your practice why they were declined. We do send every declined applicant an email explaining the decision. There is also contact information on that email that the patient may use to obtain more information on our decision.
